At the 11 year mark, God redeveloped the vision of Shoal Creek in me. A passion began to flow and a mystery emerged once again. As this was happening I knew that we had to let our dreams be based on God’s resources not ours.

Seaview Church resides in the middle of Seaview Scatters Camp. Unlike a Township which is a sanctioned housing area, a scatters camp is a unsanctioned housing area. You first noticed that its standard of living is below the Townships. At least the construction of the homes are substandard by any stretch of imagination.
